How Your Daily Choices Shape Your Requests to the Universe and Subconscious Mind

Every day, you send out requests to the universe and your subconscious mind through your thoughts. This means that what you think about, read about, talk about, and give your attention to all contribute to the requests you make. This includes the books and magazines you read, the TV shows and movies you watch, the websites you visit, the blogs you read, and the music you listen to.

Avoiding Contradictory and Unfocused Thoughts to Achieve Your Goals

However, much of this thought is random and nonproductive. You often think about things without even realizing it or intending to. This can be detrimental to your desires and goals because it leads to contradictory and unfocused thoughts. If you’re not intentional with your thoughts, you can end up attracting things you don’t actually want.

How Mixed Messages Hinder Manifestation of Success

For example, if you want to attract abundance and success, but you constantly focus on your lack of money and setbacks, you’re sending mixed messages to the universe. Your subconscious mind will pick up on these contradictions and confusion, making it harder to manifest your desires.

The Power of Mindfulness and Awareness

So, what can you do to make sure your thoughts are deliberate and productive? First, you need to be aware of your thoughts and pay attention to what you’re thinking about. This means being present in the moment and noticing when your thoughts start to wander.

The Power of Intentional Thinking and Visualization

Next, you need to be intentional with your thoughts. This means choosing what you think about and focusing on your desires. You can do this by setting specific goals and visualizing yourself achieving them. You can also use affirmations to reinforce positive thoughts and beliefs.

How Focusing on Positive Thoughts Helps You Manifest Your Desires

Finally, you need to be consistent with your thoughts. This means making a habit of focusing on your desires and avoiding negative and contradictory thoughts.     First of all master, you look very handsome and great, and I’m so happy to see your beautiful picture
    #1: when bad thoughts wants to start, from the very beginning I say this is from my past pattern and way of life, and now I’m in the different way so I have to control all of my thoughts consciously, and if it’s like to stop me from doing something new which I haven’t done yet, I remind myself the good things that maight happen for me by doing it and I start to think about the good results of it, or I make visions about it that I’m in a very great point or I having good feelings. thus, this makes me motivated, like when I wanted to start the practices of selfsteem course, I started to Visualization the results that I might get, like what our master says in the course. all the time I have to remind myself to feel better but the secret is to try for only a little better feeling, we cann’t feel great when we feel down, we could only get better a little by little, so when you feel down or you feel something like anger or hateness, just to try to feel a little better, and think about it that what makes you a little better, and then your mind propose the ways, something like noticing the beautiful things around you and think about the beauty of them, sometimes i need to feel better becouse something unsolved is in my mind ,I try to write it down and when I do this I feel a little better or sometimes when I write things, the solutions come up and make me happy couse now I figured out.
    #2: when I started to change my life, God brought the master (mr.seyed hossein abasmanesh) to my life, I started to do whatever I could from my master teachings, the first thing was deleting TV and after a while when I saw the results, I deleted all the things that may shape my mindset with bad beliefs, so I deleted instegram as a social network that I had, even though I just was using it for whatching sport clips or online shops, after deleting it I felt much focus on myself and I’m never regret of doing it.
    #3: after some experiences in my life, learning new things in every aspects and achieve new visions or providing my visions, was my principal in relationships, and now I added a new principle which is having positive mind and actions. thus, now I have a family around me that all are memeber of this site and they use the teachings, my two sisters and my cousin. we all day speak about our results from using the teachings and our desires and our visions or how to be more involved with the site and teachings or how to perform them better in life.

    I hope you’re doing great
    thanks a lot for your comment which is one of my signs for today, getting back on what I have learned and read it again and remind myself how to do to feel better, to visualize what I want, to write, how I see the world around me is what I could get and experience.
    about visualization its simple and easy, just start with little things, like when you want to go and buy a thing, see in your mind that you have the thing you need and you’re happy that you got it so easily and you’re are thanking GOD for it, and then you see the results and you will visualize more and more.
    and about learning self study English, its so easy also when it comes with interest and passion, and I saw lots of videos from talk-shows and movies and series with English language, and then I read 504 words books to learn more words, you can also read and hear this lessons in this section to learn more English in best way.
